Ventilation

Generally containers come with 4 vents in the top corners. There are numerous options here: Adding additional lower vents increase airflow and reduces the heat your prescious cargo may be subject to. There are attic type vent fan options as well as electrical and solar options.

Cargo Wheels

Removeable wheels kits that allow you to move a conatiner on your own. We can provide wheels and hubs or just hubs and qty 2 or 4.

Thermoseal coat your container

A special paint that is thick, and not only protects your conainter but also can keep it 20 degrees cooler in the summer. Also if you are buying a used container, it might have shipped chemicals and such so this also locks in the smell. We have multiple options with this product (only outside sides/only outside sides with roof/outside and inside/outside and inside with floor(floor will be a garage type paint and can have flakes or be solid))

New - 1 Trip

Since almost all containers are made in Asia, the newest we can get in the western hemisphere is what is known as a 1 Trip. As in, it has only taken one trip across the ocean. These work well for tiny homes because we know what they carried or for anyone who wants a pristine, new box with almost no dings or dents. It may just have a few scratches at the corners from where it was picked up by the crane at the port.

Cargo Worthy

Cargo Worthy means exactly what it sounds like, they are still certified for international shipping. When huge companies like Apple & Samsung are shipping their goods overseas, they don't send someone down to the dock to inspect the containers. Instead, they rely on the CSC Certification that will keep their goods dry and secure as the ship moves through violent sees. So, you get the same guaranty that Apple and Samsung do!

Water Tight

These containers will live up to their name but they are no longer certified for international shipping. They won't leak, the doors work and the floor is solid but they are just not going to be pretty and they will probably smell funny. These containers are all about value. They are an affordable option if you do not care what it looks like and just want the cheapest solution for storing your goods.
